For the first title of the editorial, "Nobody remembers Mlejnas " nouvelle Sanchiz Ramiro, was to plan a layout on paper first. These were some of the first (and primary) examples:

On paper, drawing on a range of views of a prototype cover anyone.
Figure 2 outlines already the title and author. What looks like a phallic figure below is a pawn or bishop, of the time he was handling the idea that each spine had a different form of chess.
Prototype 1 - Mlejnas
To see specifically how the interior would be diagramed in InDesign and printed (and ring) a prototype with 100 pages of the book.
Someday this banding worth millions, but is currently held by the publisher rather than the author (as it should be!)
Prototype 2 - Mlejnas
banding wide open, which starts the sublime "Manifesto of the Glam Rock Die." Although hardly visible, are above title and author.
