Gravely 152 Xdz Price

The right age for obvious

Extract from an interview I did to Andrew Neumann for # 10 of Another Heaven :

(Continued from questions about the manifesto on the story that the author includes end of his first book of stories, which many here saw as an act of arrogance).

" strange thing had been to sign a shown with 40 or 50 years when the skepticism and relativity of things deter you from certain emphasis. So I see no conflict there. And as you indicate, that text about the story (like the others that came later) had a lot more reflection on gender. Inventory was a little tentative conclusions. Never crossed my mind that its role was to define what a story or how it should be written. I see these texts as theoretical journals, and notes up on writing stories. They can (and often) contradict each other, generate discussion. The theory is that interest me, which runs parallel to writing, reformulated with it. "
